Dust particle charging process in a radio frequency sheath of plasma containing kappa distribution electrons

Based on self-consistent modelling of the radio-frequency sheath parameters, such as ion and electron densities velocity, dust particle charging process in an RF is investigated by employing kappa $(\kappa )$ distribution for electrons. It shown that charge number decreases near sheath–wall interface while it shows opposite tendency plasma-sheath edge, $\kappa$ value decreased. The fluctuation modified depends radius. With increases value, has a slight increase small particle, significant large particle. In addition, decreased, obtained from time-averaged plasma parameters deviates results instantaneous parameters. Moreover, smaller deviation can be found under same conditions.
